Your satisfaction is what matters to us. We are so confident that you will love your purchase that we have a 60 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee! If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase within 60 days, just return the product and we will happily refund your full purchase price.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@steelandclover.com. In the "subject" line of your email please write the word "return".
Mistakes or Mishaps
If we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong product or if your product arrives damaged, we will take care of it. Period. If you received the wrong product or a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. In order to return your item, please email us at info@steelandclover.com.
Refunds
When we receive your returned product, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
